BACK TO THE FUTURE

The people who comprise what my generation would consider the "old school" in the chat were saying that most of today's up and coming talent, sorta...kinda...well...suck.

"They don't listen."

"They don't take direction/criticism/their job seriously."

"They all wanna rap..."

"They all think they know everything..."

You get the picture.

I said that I know for a fact that there are talents out there who really care about the CRAFT of being a personality, and if they weren't so age-discriminatory and prejudiced against my generation.

NOW WAIT A MINUTE! Before you say that I'm guilty of making some of the same statements about my own generation, please understand I wouldn't be here if I didn't believe that there are some exceptions to the rule. I know talents that are in low ranking or non-ranking markets that are taking it to the next level. Because they are in Godknowswhereville, Wisconsin, they get overlooked. There are those who live in nice sized markets but can't catch a break due to a lack of experience. Keep in mind I'm talking about TALENTED PERSONALITIES!
